I moved to Florida from Massachusetts as a little girl in 1969 and I fell in love with the south! I met my husband, Roger Krans, who is also a realtor, in 1988 and we have 3 beautiful daughters who have given us 6 amazing Grandchildren. I worked in the Bay District school system for 12 years while my girls were in school and when our first grandchild, Ali, was born, I knew I wanted a career where I could make my own schedule so that I could spend as much time as possible with my grandbabies! I Started out in Real Estate in 2012, as an Admin for agents, and it was the perfect segway for me to learn the ins and outs of the Real Estate Business. After three years of being an Admin, I knew exactly what part of the business I wanted to focus on; to help buyers with the biggest purchases of their lives. As a Buyer’s Agent, I love to search for and find the perfect homes to show. After negotiations and we go under contract, we streamline the process for a quick and professional closing. We are in the business of helping people and we love what we do.
